A refund will be provided only if the Original Coins Pack has not been put into contract, as follows:

2. No Coins from the Original Amount have been used for Avatar Customization.
3. No coins from the Original Amount have been used to send gifts from your user account.

Using a part or the whole Original Coins Amount in order to undergo any action on MyCasualGamez.com forfeits your right to a reimbursement.
